Best Choice Flooring Solutions LLC uses this app to respond to flooring requests and manage customer projects.

Information we receive

When you submit a quote request, we receive your name, contact information, project address, requested service, approximate square footage and details you provide. If you contact our connected Facebook Page or Instagram business account and authorize the connection through Meta, our system may receive your platform identifier, business messages and information submitted through a lead form.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, prepare estimates, coordinate work, keep customer records and notify our team about new inquiries. Connecting an account does not authorize this app to publish posts, send automatic replies or launch advertising campaigns.

Service providers and access

Our app uses hosting and database services to operate the CRM and an email service to deliver inquiry notifications. Meta provides the Facebook and Instagram connections under its own policies. Authorized business team members may access records needed for their work. We do not sell inquiry information collected by this app.

Advertising measurement on the quote page

The public quote-request page uses the Meta Pixel to report page visits and successfully saved quote requests. When enabled, the Conversions API also reports saved quote requests from our server, using the same event identifier to avoid counting an inquiry twice. It shares SHA-256 hashed email and phone information with Meta for matching, together with available browser/click identifiers, browser information and the visitor’s network address. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. When CRM feedback is enabled, we retain matching identifiers encrypted and report later CRM milestones, including contact, qualification, won/deposit and lost status, for eligible new website inquiries. Project details, prices, revenue and free-text messages are not sent. Meta may receive browser and device information, page URLs, cookie identifiers and these events to measure advertising and help optimize ads. We do not intentionally include your name, email, phone number, project address or message in Pixel event parameters; automatic configuration and form matching are not enabled by this app. Tracking is not loaded on the private CRM. This quote page honors Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals by not loading the Pixel or sending server conversion events. Pending server delivery data is cleared after successful delivery; events more than six days old are expired and cleared when delivery processing next runs. Browser privacy controls or content blockers may also prevent measurement. Campaign link parameters may be saved with your inquiry so our team can identify its advertising source.

Retention and your choices

We keep information while needed for the inquiry, customer relationship, project records or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing bestchoiceflooringsolutionsllc@gmail.com. Some project and financial records may need to be retained. You can revoke a Meta connection through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Deletion requests

Email bestchoiceflooringsolutionsllc@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and identify the contact details or Facebook/Instagram account used for your inquiry. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We will confirm the request and information needed to verify it, and explain any records that must be retained.
